At Rocking F Powersports, we work to process orders promptly so that truck parts can be inspected, prepared, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. Because orders may enter processing shortly after purchase, cancellation requests are subject to the timeframes outlined below.

1. Cancellation Window

Unprocessed Orders

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been processed for shipment, prepared for pickup, or released to a shipping carrier.

Processed Orders

Once an order has been processed, packaged, prepared for shipment, or assigned shipping documentation, it is considered in process.

Cancellations requested after an order has entered processing may be subject to a 10% restocking and processing fee to cover preparation, handling, packaging, and administrative costs.

2. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To ensure your cancellation request is properly documented and handled promptly, email is the required method for cancellation requests.

Please include the following information in your cancellation request:

• Full name

• Order number

• Billing address associated with the purchase

• Part ordered

• Reason for cancellation

A cancellation request is not considered approved until you receive a written confirmation from the Rocking F Powersports team.

Simply submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled if processing or shipment has already begun.

3. Orders That Have Shipped

Once your truck part has been picked up by a shipping carrier or has left our facility, the order cannot be canceled.

If you refuse delivery or request to return an item after it has shipped, the request will be handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

Depending on the circumstances of the return, the buyer may be responsible for:

• Original outbound shipping costs

• Return shipping costs

• A 20% restocking fee

Applicable costs may be deducted from the approved refund amount.

4. Special-Order or Reserved Parts

Certain truck parts may be reserved, specially sourced, or prepared specifically for a customer’s order. Cancellation or return eligibility for these orders may differ from standard inventory items.

If special conditions apply to your purchase, they will be communicated before the order is finalized whenever applicable.

5. Refund Processing

Once a cancellation or refund has been approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment methodused for the purchase.

Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for an approved refund to appear in your account. Actual posting times depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Rocking F Powersports does not control the processing time imposed by your financial institution.
