These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of parts and accessories by Rocking F Powersports. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

Rocking F Powersports is an independent seller of new and used powersports, automotive, and vehicle parts and accessories. We are not an authorized dealer for every vehicle or parts manufacturer whose products may appear in our listings.

Manufacturer names and model designations are used to identify products, compatibility, and applications.

2. The Parts We Sell

We sell both new and used parts, and each listing identifies the condition of the product.

New parts are supplied as new products according to the applicable listing. Used parts may come from donor vehicles, surplus inventory, factory take-offs, or other previously used sources. Used parts may show normal wear consistent with their condition, which will be described in the listing when known.

3. Listings, Photos & Condition

We make reasonable efforts to describe each product accurately.

For used parts, product photographs generally show the actual unit being sold when stated in the listing. New parts may use manufacturer or catalog imagery.

Customers should review the listing, photographs, specifications, condition, and included components before ordering.

4. Fitment

Fitment information is provided in good faith and based on available manufacturer, supplier, and product information.

Vehicle configurations, trim levels, production changes, and previous modifications can affect compatibility. Customers are responsible for confirming that a part is suitable for their vehicle before installation.

When available, we can assist with VIN and vehicle information before purchase to help verify fitment.

5. Availability

Used parts are generally individual physical items. Once a unique used part is sold, another identical unit may not be available.

New parts are subject to manufacturer and supplier availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable before the order is processed, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate refund where applicable.

6. Prices & Pricing Errors

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Where free shipping applies, the listed product price includes delivery to eligible destinations as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing or description error, we may contact the customer before processing the order. The customer may cancel the order if the corrected terms are not acceptable.

7. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

Orders become accepted when Rocking F Powersports confirms the order and applicable payment requirements have been satisfied.

Payment methods and payment instructions may vary by order. Customers should follow the payment instructions provided with their order or invoice.

8. Title & Risk

Title to purchased merchandise transfers according to applicable payment and transaction requirements.

Risk of loss generally transfers upon delivery to the customer or the designated delivery location, subject to applicable law and the procedures described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

9. Warranty

Used parts are covered by the Rocking F Powersports 90-day parts-only warranty, subject to its terms, conditions, and exclusions.

New parts may be covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty when provided by the manufacturer. Rocking F Powersports does not create, extend, or modify a manufacturer’s warranty.

Our Warranty Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Returns

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible parts may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions of that policy.

Rocking F Powersports charges $0 restocking fees on eligible returns, including qualifying wrong-fitment returns.

11. Installation

Parts should be installed by a qualified or appropriately experienced person.

Rocking F Powersports is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect installation procedures, modification, or attempts to force a part to fit.

Installation or modification may also affect eligibility for a return or warranty claim.

12. Restricted Parts

Rocking F Powersports does not sell certain safety-restricted components, including airbags, airbag modules, seatbelts, pretensioners, clock springs, or other supplemental restraint components.

We also do not knowingly sell parts subject to an applicable open safety recall or products intended to defeat, remove, or disable emissions-control equipment.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to a purchased part is limited to the amount paid for that part.

We are not responsible for labor, towing, storage, rental vehicles, downtime, loss of use, loss of earnings, or other indirect or consequential losses, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.

14. Intellectual Property

Manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, model names, and product designations belong to their respective owners.

Such names are used by Rocking F Powersports only for product identification, description, and compatibility purposes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law.

Any dispute will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable legal requirements.

16. Changes to These Terms

Rocking F Powersports may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version published on this page at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
