At Rocking F Powersports, we stand behind the parts we sell. Every part is covered by a warranty, but the coverage depends on whether the part is new or used. This policy explains what is covered, what is excluded, what can void coverage, and how to submit a warranty claim.

New and Used Parts Are Covered Differently

Rocking F Powersports sells both new and used parts. Each product listing identifies the condition of the part, and the applicable warranty follows that condition.

For new parts, the manufacturer’s warranty applies according to the manufacturer’s own terms, conditions, exclusions, and duration. Rocking F Powersports can assist with the warranty process and communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf when applicable.

For used parts, Rocking F Powersports provides its own 90-day parts-only warranty, described in detail below.

Independent Retailer Notice

Rocking F Powersports is an independent retailer and is not an authorized dealer for every parts manufacturer or brand we sell. Manufacturer and brand names are used to accurately identify products, compatibility, and manufacturers where applicable.

Used Parts Warranty at a Glance

What Our Used Parts Warranty Covers

Our 90-day used-parts warranty is intended to ensure that the part you receive is accurately represented in the product listing.

For an eligible used part, we warrant that:

• The part is the part described in the listing and is intended for the stated vehicle application.

• The part does not have undisclosed structural damage, cracks, or previous repairs that were not identified in the listing.

• Mounting points, brackets, and hardware are present as described in the listing.

• Mounting components are not damaged in a manner that was undisclosed.

• Features specifically identified in the listing, such as fog-light provisions, sensor openings, camera cutouts, steps, or similar features, are present as described.

• Product photographs represent the actual used part being sold when the listing states that the photographs are of the actual item.

What the Used Parts Warranty Does Not Cover

The following exclusions apply to Rocking F Powersports’ 90-day used-parts warranty. New parts are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Disclosed Cosmetic Wear

Normal used-part wear that was disclosed in the product listing is not considered a warranty defect. This can include scratches, scuffs, minor dents, paint imperfections, surface wear, and similar cosmetic conditions.

Paint and Color Matching

Used body panels and painted components may not perfectly match the color or finish of the vehicle they are being installed on. Differences can occur because of sun exposure, aging, environmental conditions, previous refinishing, and differences in paint batches.

Paint or finish matching is not covered by the used-parts warranty.

Labor and Related Expenses

The warranty does not cover:

• Installation or removal labor

• Diagnostic fees

• Towing expenses

• Rental vehicles

• Vehicle downtime

• Loss of use

• Other consequential or incidental expenses

Installation Damage

Damage that occurs during installation is not covered. This includes damage caused by:

• Drilling

• Cutting

• Grinding

• Bending

• Forcing components into position

• Improper installation

• Over-tightening or incorrect fastening

• Use of incorrect hardware

If a part does not appear to fit correctly, stop installation and contact Rocking F Powersports before modifying or forcing the part.

Modification

Warranty coverage is void for parts that have been modified after delivery. Modifications include, but are not limited to:

• Repainting

• Refinishing

• Powder coating

• Welding

• Cutting

• Drilling

• Structural alterations

Collision, Impact, or Competition Use

Damage caused after installation by a collision, off-road impact, accident, misuse, racing, competition use, or other impact-related event is not covered.

Corrosion After Delivery

Corrosion or rust that develops after delivery is not covered by the used-parts warranty unless specifically stated otherwise in the product listing or written warranty terms.

What Can Void the Warranty

The warranty may be void if the part is modified, improperly installed, or damaged after delivery.

One of the most important rules is simple: do not force a part that does not appear to fit.

If you believe a part has a fitment problem, stop installation and contact us before drilling, cutting, bending, grinding, welding, or otherwise modifying the part. Once a part has been altered or damaged during installation, it may no longer qualify for warranty coverage.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim for an eligible used part:

1. Contact Us Within the Warranty Period

Email sales@palletplazaliquidation.com within the 90-day warranty period. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

2. Provide Photos

Send clear photographs showing the issue. Where possible, include:

• A photo showing the entire part

• Close-up photographs of the problem

• Photos of mounting points or affected areas

• Any other photographs that help demonstrate the issue

3. Claim Review

Rocking F Powersports will review the information provided and determine whether the reported issue falls within the applicable warranty.

If additional information or inspection is required, we will provide further instructions.

4. Return Instructions

If the part needs to be returned for inspection, Rocking F Powersports will provide return instructions in writing.

For an approved warranty claim, Rocking F Powersports will cover the authorized return freight.

5. Refund

If the warranty claim is approved, the eligible purchase amount will be refunded. We do not provide replacement parts or exchanges under the used-parts warranty.

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned part has been received and inspected. Once the refund is issued, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

New Parts Warranty Claims

New parts are covered according to the manufacturer’s applicable warranty, when a manufacturer’s warranty is provided.

Manufacturer warranties can differ by product and may have different:

• Warranty periods

• Eligibility requirements

• Exclusions

• Installation requirements

• Claim procedures

• Labor provisions

• Return or replacement procedures

Rocking F Powersports does not create, extend, or alter a manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, we can assist customers with the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Customers who want to confirm the warranty terms for a new part should contact us before purchasing.

Safety-Related Parts We Do Not Sell

For safety and regulatory reasons, Rocking F Powersports does not sell certain supplemental restraint components, including:

• Airbags

• Airbag modules

• Seatbelts

• Seatbelt pretensioners

• Clock springs

• Other supplemental restraint system components

We also do not sell parts subject to an open safety recall or products intended to defeat, remove, or disable emissions-control equipment.

Seat Assemblies

When Rocking F Powersports sells a seat assembly, the assembly is supplied without supplemental restraint components. Any airbag module or pretensioner is removed and is not included with the sale.
